By authorizing this charge and registering for Greatest Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Help Enterprise Network (“GRETCHEN”) services provided by The Signature Real Estate Companies (“Signature”), you understand that you are committing to pay for the services selected at check out and as further described below. You understand that your credit card (or other satisfactory payment method) will be stored and charged (debited) based on the schedule outlined below. You agree to immediately contact Signature if you need to update your credit card (or other satisfactory payment method) information. If your payment is declined for any reason and you are contacted by Signature , you agree to immediately provide an updated form of payment. ALL PAYMENTS, ONCE PROCESSED, ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
GRETCHEN is not a substitute for formal in-class (or webinar) training and is not to be construed as a training resource whatsoever. GRETCHEN will not train you and will only provide transaction coordination services.

*Such fees shall be due regardless of the date such transaction ultimately closes.
**Such fees shall be charged per property due and payable immediately upon transaction cancellation.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that regardless of the services provided to you by Signature/GRETCHEN, you are responsible for reviewing all work prepared on your behalf for you and your customers in a transaction (including MLS entries, paperwork, compliance, disclosures, addendums, and contract drafts) to ensure your needs and the needs of your customers are met. You assume full responsibility and liability for your customers. All MLS entries will be entered and placed in temporary off market (“TMP”) status. You are required to carefully review and confirm all data entered into the MLS and once you approve all of the information, you will change the status to Active. You agree to immediately communicate any and all transaction information shared with you fromr customers, other agents, vendors (i.e.: title companies, appraisers, inspectors, etc.) to Signature/GRETCHEN Representative(s) and to monitor all timelines applicable to your transaction.
In no event will Signature/GRETCHEN Representative(s) be liable or responsible for any damages or losses arising from any acts or omissions, obligations, faults, or negligence, including but not limited to damages or losses arising from your actions, the transaction, or the servicing of your customers. It is expressly understood and agreed that Signature’s role is strictly limited to that of an administrative assistant. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, defend, pay, and reimburse Signature/ GRETCHEN Representative(s) from any and all losses, claims, damages, and judgments (including attorney’s fees) incurred by Signature/GRETCHEN Representative(s) as a result of: i) any act or omission by you, including acts of negligence, material misrepresentation, or any unlawful act and/or ii) Signature/GRETCHEN Representative(s)’ involvement in (and the provision of services to you in connection with) the transaction. Signature/GRETCHEN  Representative(s) will not be responsible for any loss in income or damages of any kind (including damage to your reputation or character) resulting from your use of the GRETCHEN services.
Non-Signature Agents ONLY:
If you are NOT an agent engaged by The Signature Real Estate Companies or an affiliated brokerage, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are strictly responsible for maintaining, at your own cost and expense, errors and omissions coverage in the amount of not less than $1 million dollars per occurrence. Such coverage shall be written as a primary policy and shall name The Signature Real Estate Companies as an additional-named insured.
